Mission context: In the context of his Business Tool Development squad, the tribe Invest is looking for a senior c# .net analyst/developer.
Together with a squad of three people the person is going to support/maintain and evolve a portfolio of specialized applications used by the bank representatives in the Invest domain.
The organization is using Agile way of working.
The position includes business and technical analysis as well as development and deployment (DEVOPS) functions.
Their main technical skills have to be:
- .net framework (WPF/WCF)
- Windows environment (desktop/server)
- MS Office suite (technical aspect)
It is highly recommended that their expertise covers also:
- VBA (visual basic for application) and or VSTA (Visual Studio Tools for Applications)
- MS SQL
- tKnowledge in Java and/or Mainframe/Cobol can be a plus.
The DEV Engineer commits to help the team to deliver a product at the end of each sprint, surpassing his/her own specific knowledge domain in order to collaborate with the team members. The focus is on the completion of the sprint backlog, containing all elements that the team must deliver and of which the sequence has been determined by the Product Owner based on the added value for the (internal or external) client.
The DEV Engineer adheres to the scrum values (focussed, committed, open, respectful, and courageous) and is able to closely collaborate with the team members. Knowledge sharing, open communication, continuous learning and commitment to deliver added value are key.
English Mandatory and active knowledge of at least one local language + passive knowledge of the other language
Required experience / knowledge At least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience – mandatory:
excellent understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware)
knowledge of methods, standards and security procedures as well as development tools
experience with integration using different technologies (distributes/mainframe) and infra components
Business experience – mandatory:
knowledge of agile methodology
