Mission context -Project Manager Business
Beyond banking business & technical capabilities.
Responsible for the project governance
Leading project boards or steering committees
Project monitoring and reporting
Risk and issue management
Capacity planning and resource management
Manage roadmap of Business & Technical Beyond Banking capabilities ( in collaboration with relevant SCS & Tribe stakeholders).
Definition & scoping of required business capabilities ( through workshops, brainstorms with bank-wide stakeholders)
Formulate & follow up on initiatives to build prioritized business capabilities.
Formulate initiatives and themes related to the ecosystem topics as input for the other SCS teams
-Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French !!
-French Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French !!
-English Strong written and spoken communication skills !!
At least < 5 > years of relevant experience
Required experience / knowledge:
Experience & knowledgeable on Beyond Banking topics.
Experience with either sales & operational management or product development within the financial sector.
Experience with legal, compliance & risk processes ( either business or control function side).
Excellent stakeholder manager towards different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical & communicative skills.
Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) – strategic thinking
Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
Commercial awareness and customer-oriented
Management skills and the ability to motivate people
