Partnering-up with our stakeholders, our mission is to :
-Support most effectively (quality, timing etc. ) and efficiently the business with their external resources needs,
-Optimize the external spend,
-Assure safeguarding of the suppliers relationship
We are looking for a motivated recruiter of external body-shopping services to strengthen the team.
Function description
-Support the business managers in defining a function description that facilitates the hiring of the right profile
-As main activity, safeguard a qualitative sourcing by screening the incoming CV’s in a professional and uniform way and formalize CV screening results in a way that facilitates the correct quality/price balance
-Monitor the open requests closely and decide with the managers on the next steps where necessary
-While taking into account procurement, risk and compliance guidelines
-Contribute to an optimization of hiring processes and procedures
-Manage the administrative activities linked to the hiring process
Language requirements
-Dutch Good written and spoken communication skills
-French Good written and spoken communication skills
-English Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education Master degree or Experience as buyer/recruiter for minimum 3 years, ideally 5 years
Required experience / knowledge At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Technical experience
mandatory
Negotiation skills.
Fluent usage of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

You are used to work in a workflow tool (Nétive platform)
Business experience mandatory
You know the body-shopping sourcing market well.
Commercial way of working with (internal) clients and suppliers.

A good knowledge of the IT market is certainly a plus
