Description :
Mission context: Project Manager Business

You will contribute to long term reflections on lending processes (origination, decision and contracting), to look for opportunities to automate parts of the ‘complex credit’ acquisition process and to the develop supporting tools, and to translate this into concrete
action plans and ensure correct execution.
You will also contribute to an enhanced cooperation between the business, RISK and contracting to reduce the throughput time while increasing the client satisfaction and the overall efficiency.

Responsible for the project governance
Leading project boards or steering committees
Project monitoring and reporting
Risk and issue management
Capacity planning and resource management
Performance management
Process improvement
Follow-up on project documentation and change control

Language requirements:
Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills
French Strong written and spoken communication skills
English Strong written and spoken communication skills

Master or bachelor in finance

Required experience / knowledge
At least < 5 > years of relevant experience

Technical experience – mandatory:
Project – Management;
Business Process analysis;
Strong analytical Skills;
Capacity to translate analysis into a clear synthesis;
Translating relevant topics into a strong presentation in Powerpoint.

Business experience mandatory
experience in banking activities, and more specific in lending activities within the enterprie segment
being able to read and interpret the financials of companies;

Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) – strategic thinking

bringing new ideas on the table, discuss about their feasibility and for the ones selected, transforming these ideas into practical tools;
