Function description: Responding to the HR needs of the business
Acting as a Business Partner and offer service at various levels, such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward, Finance & Planning and Day-to-day HR Solutions.

Principal responsibilities:
You manage all open vacancies from A-Z for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, the contract proposal
As a true Business Partner, you are the first point of contact regarding recruitment, internal mobility, and the onboarding of our employees. You are the contact person for both managers and employees.
You independently manage a number of interesting projects that have to do with Recruitment, Selection and Talent Management
You will work closely with your colleague HR Advisor Recruitment, Selection & Career who is responsible for the other departments of the organization. Together you manage the recruitment budget and try to further develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
You actively participate in the analysis of questions regarding headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism and retention

Language requirements:
Dutch: Fluent
French: Fluent.
English: Fluent

Education:
University education or considerable managerial experience

Required experience / knowledge
3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Technical experience – mandatory:
Strong MS Office skills.

Business experience – mandatory:
Recruiter experience
Manage vacancies from A-Z for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, the contract proposal
Knowledge of HR Domain & Social Law
