Function description
Demands and troubleshooting with Fortis network and/or WAF team
Network troubleshooting with technical office
Network related demands from IOps
Capacity mngt of network related components

Technical experience
mandatory:
Basic knowledge of switching and routing (Cisco)
Firewall knowledge (Fortinet)
