This department exists since January 2020 and the grouping of these activities has generated many changes : reallocation of some activities, new roles and responsibilities, new processes.

On the top of that, the tools currently used within the S2P (Source to Pay) chain will have to evolve in a near future.
In order to support the team in those changes, the Transversal Services team within P2P is looking for an additional (temporary) resource in order to support/improve the day-to-day operational support and to support/implement some operational changes that would lead to a simplification/leanification of their activities.
Function description

Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
Support for implementing operational improvements
(process changes, tooling evolution …)
Inside P2P support the Transversal Services team in these changes
Define quality norms & follow-up KPIs of the quality
Issue management and reporting
Contact towards internal clients on specific topics
Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
Support the team in defining a vision

Language requirements
Dutch – Written and spoken communication skills
French – Written and spoken communication skills
English – Good knowledge

Education – Bachelor or Master degree
Required experience / knowledge -At least 2 years of relevant experience
Technical experience
Good expertise in MS Office
Familiar with various IT Tools

SAP knowledge or experience
Accounting knowledge or experience
Change Management methods

Business experience
Strong interest in finance, accounting and banking products.
